QUICK REFERENCE

BLUE TAKE-HOME FOLDERS - Please remember to check your child's blue-take home folders each and every night. This folder will aide in becoming a vital line of communication between home and school.

SNACKS - Please feel free to send in two healthy snacks with your child to school each day (morning and afternoon snack). As you know, growing children need proper diet and nutrition throughout the day in order to enhance brain function. Please keep in mind our students with allergies and send in peanut-free snacks!

WATER BOTTLES - Please send a water bottle to school with your child every day. Brain research shows that children need to drink a lot of water throughout t he day. A perfect way for them to do so is to have a water bottle on their desk. Please only send a bottle with a flip top rather than a cap that twist on and off. Thank you for helping us to minimize the risks of spills! :)

BOOK ORDERS - Interested in placing a book order for your child online rather than sending your book order and check to school? You can now do so at http://www.scholastic.com/bookclubs. Just remember you will need our class activation code (see below) to set up your child's page. If you plan to send your book order to school the traditional way, please be sure to send your order form along with your check payable to Scholastic Book Clubs in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your child's name on the front. CASH CANNOT BE ACCEPTED! Thank you! :)
